ADB expands clean energy projects in India with AIIB cofinancing

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) today said it has agreed to finance additional power transmission network components with co-financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Ireda prices its green masala bonds at 7.23% to raise $300 million

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (Ireda) is believed to have priced its green masala bonds at 7.23% to raise close to $300 million, sources aware of the deal have confirmed with FE. A masala bond is a rupee-denominated bond issued in the overseas market. A green bond is used to raise money to fund green projects. Shell's new energies unit invests in innovation for the energy transition

Over 10,000 energy saving certificates trade on IEX on first day
