Green tax to be spent on fine particles study: CPCB

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has come up with an expenditure plan for the 1% green tax imposed by the Supreme Court on diesel SUVs. It proposes to use a large chunk of the funds on a "morphological study" of particulate matter (PM) pollution in the city.
